Our father, long time Islander, Brian Smith, born August 21,1957, to parents James and Elsbeth Smith, has sadly left this world on October 13, 2022 at the age of 65. He is survived by his children, Paula, Hilary, Ferguson and Jayce. Grandchildren, Jaymar, Kayla, Rashon, Damont, Asyria and Ameer. Great Grandchildren, Levi and Nyla. Along with mother Elsbeth Smith and siblings, Brock, Brigitte and Susan as well as his partner Chili and numerous nieces and nephews.

Brian was known by many for his love of baseball and music as well as a man of integrity and passion. He loved the simple things in life and spending time with his precious family. The love this man gave to all he met cannot be measured.

His presence will be sadly missed and will always hold a place in our hearts. We would love for anyone who knew him to come and celebrate his life at The Sportsman's Club on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 1pm.
