Connie passed away peacefully early October 30, 2017 surrounded by family.

She was born in Spokane, WA. on July 24, 1928 to Irene and Ray Van Water. The family moved to Seattle in the late 30's and Connie graduated from Ballard HS in 1945.

In 1946 she married David W. Parker. During their early years they lived in CA, PA and MA. In 1961 the family returned to WA. living in Kent for 18 years and then moving to Vashon Island in 1978.

She is survived by her loving husband David, sons William and Andrew and daughter Victoria, 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by son Henry.

A memorial service will be held Saturday November 11, 2017 at 1pm on Vashon Island at the Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit.
