Dallas Lester died January 18th 2019. In Seattle Washington.

Dallas was born in Hurdsfield North Dakota on July 30th 1932 to Ivan and Lillian Lester. The family moved from North Dakota to Vashon Island Washington in 1947.

Even as a young adult he worked very hard and was able to save enough money to purchase his mom and dad a new car.

In 1953 Dallas married his first wife, Jeannie Doctor and together they had two children, Curtis Lester and Marlin Lester.

On December 18th 1967 Dallas married his second wife Evelyn Hawn and she brought with her three children, Donna Mahoney, Lori Quick, and Michael Paul. They were married 51 years.

Dallas was a veteran, serving in the Air Force during the Korean War. He was a member of the American legion.

He also was a member of the Lions club, CBMC, and the Kiwanis.

Dallas is survived by his wife Evelyn Lester, his son Curtis Lester, his step-children Donna Mahoney, Lori Quick, and Michael Paul, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and His sister's Lois Olin and Leola Harper. He is preceded in death by his son Marlin Lester, his sister June Keonig, and brother Marvin Lester.

Memorial was January 25 at the Nisqually Pines Club House.
