Iris Lynn Reed passed away February 18, 2011 after a brief illness. Iris was born October 7, 1949 in Billings Montana the daughter of Herman and Marion (Gebo) Frank. Iris was a member of the 1968 graduating class of Highline High School.Iris married the love of her life in the summer of 1968 soon after graduating and they went on to have three children. Randy of Burien, Kristie of Puyallup and Tricia Morrow of Puyallup. Iris and Elmer moved to Vashon in 1970, when Elmer went to work for K2. When the children were older Iris went to work for K2, then started doing sewing for Marilyn Fox at Quartermaster Tops and then for nearly 18 years at Pacific Research where she was employed at the time of her death. Iris loved sewing and embroidery making blankets, quilts, towels and any project sent her way. Iris is survived by her husband and children as well as eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren a large extended family and many friends and coworkers that will greatly miss her.
