Kathy worked for many years as a caregiver. She was a medical provider at RRHC for many years and close to many in the community of Garberville and Redway California.After moving to Vashon with her partner Kate Lanigan in the early 1990's, Kathy worked in the field of oncology as a caregiver and in research at Fred Hutchinson, The University of Washington and most recently Genentech. She is survived by her extensive family and friends, those she has raised, healed, touched, and supported through her tenacity, heart, and humor.Services are to be held at Vashon Island Cemetery, 11 AM Thursday May 20th.
