In loving memory of Kay Therkelsen, age 75, passed away after a long illness, is now at peace. Kay was born in Spokane, WA.in 1936 to Harold and Kathryn Paschal (now deceased). Kay lived her childhood in Bremerton , WA. With her siblings, Janet (NM), Donna(ID) & Tim (WA).Kay met Bob in 1958 while she worked at Olympic College and Bob was a student. He caught her eye and they were married a few months later in that same year, they were married 53 years.She enjoyed her career as a secretary for over 30 years, in the Vashon school district while the kids were little and then the Tacoma school district until she retired.Kay & Bob loved to dance the night away, fly their airplanes, skiing, camping and reading great books. Kay is survived by her husband Bob, her siblings, Janet (NM), Donna(ID) & Tim (WA),her children & spouses, Wendy & Greg, Bob & Mary, her grandchildren Jennifer, Samantha & Amanda and her great-granddaughter Sarah . Kay was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.
