Lorna Lyn Ofdenkamp-Brooke;Lyn to family and friends quietly passed away on March 25th, 2010 in her Belfair, WA home with her Life Partner Dave Nelson at her side.Lyn was born May 15, 1953 and was raised on Vashon, the daughter of Bob Ofdenkamp and Lorna Bacon-Ofdenkamp of Vashon. She is survived by her Siblings, Terri Ofdenkamp-Beall of Vashon, Leah Danials and Family of Federal way.Pre Deceased Siblings, Mike Ofdenkamp (Jacalyn & Family) of Lynnwood, Linda Meisner & Family. Her Life Partner David Nelson. Her Children, Bill M. Jones IV (BJ) of Renton (his father Bill Jones III of Ellensburg), Lindsey R. Nelson of Belfair, Grandchildren, Hailey, Ember, Paige & Terrah of Auburn. Step Children, Nicole Garcia & Family of Federal Way, Andrea Nelson & Family of Aberdeen, and Chris Nelson of Vashon. Coming from a large Vashon family Lyn has too many family and extended family members to be mentioned, but are in her heart. Lyn lead an ambitious and full life giving a piece of herself to everyone who touched her heart. Lyn loved sports, dancing, reading and laughing. She loved life, family and friends the most.Even after moving away from Vashon her heart remained, speaking of them as if she were still there, wanting to know the latest news, missing all her friends & family!They were all in her heart for life even if they didn't know it.
