Wesley Lee Coyner and Patricia Lois McKenna met at Oregon State following WWII and following their 1949 graduations were married in the Delta Zeta sorority house in Corvallis.

They started their family in Redmond with the births of their three children before moving to the Portland region.In the 1970's they moved to Terra Linda in the Beaverton area.Wes was a life insurance salesman and an accomplished woodcarver.He volunteered for Meals on Wheels and was a 50 year Kiwanian.Pat enjoyed being a homemaker, gardener and seamstress. She was an active P.E.O. sister.They grew in their faith in Jesus Christ at Sunset Presbyterian Church.

In 2009 they moved to West Seattle, Washington to be near their daughter. Wes passed away on April 2nd 2014 and Pat joined him in Heaven on January 4, 2015.

Surviving areTom (Yeri) Coyner in Seoul, Korea, Fred (Tatiana) Coyner of Laguna Hills, California and Molly Coyner Cozens (Paul) of Seattle, 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, and Lucy and Jim Wilson of Kirkwood, MO.
