Phyllis M. Hubbard born December 9, 1918 passed in the grace of God July 11, 2011. She is survived by Rev. Winfield Hubbard, her loving husband of nearly 72 years, her sons Stuart and Phillip and her daughter Mary, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
