On the evening of September 14, 2015, Steve passed away at his Port Orchard, WA home. Steve was 60 years old.

Steve was a long time resident of Vashon Island, graduating with the VHS class of 1974. Over the years Steve's career included working at Todd's Shipyard and Lockheed Martin in Seattle, then Bremerton Naval Shipyard, from where he recently retired.

Steven was married to Debbie Kranjcevich of Vashon in 1976. Steve leaves behind two sons from that marriage, Robert "Bobby" Duncan and David Duncan, as well as two granddaughters, Destiny and Taylor Duncan.

Steve later married Bonnie Smith, also of Vashon, in 1984. He leaves behind four stepchildren, Brenda, Donnie, Becky and Robbie, as well as step grandchildren, from that marriage.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents Lewis and Evelyn Duncan.

A potluck memorial will be held at the Vashon Eagles on Saturday, October 10, 2015 from 2 to 5 p.m., open to all.
